My interest in photography sprang from the camera that my dad gave me when I was a preteen. A still life was the subject of the very first photograph I took, while picnicking with my family in a park in France. Afterwards, I was lucky enough to travel and live in various countries, and that’s when I started to make series of images of various genres, using analog cameras, digital cameras and smartphones.
Along the way, some of my photographs have been:

To me, photography is a versatile art. It can serve various purposes. It can expose the gritty, the miserable, the outrageous events or moods of the day. I prefer to take photographs, often on the spur of the moment, of anything that strikes me as timeless and appealing. Ultimately I’d like to make you smile, dream, think.
